Description
Wheaten Old English Game Bantam chicks are primarily white or light yellow with a tinge of buff on some of the backs. Some of the chicks have a little black on the wing tips. They have single combs and clean, white legs and feet. The color of the male is very similar to that of the Black Breasted Reds; however, the hackle color is light orange-red, whereas, Black Breasted Reds have brilliant deep orange-red hackles. Females are primarily creamy wheaten, have a dull black tail edged with wheaten and have some brownish black in the wings. You may also be interested in our Standard Size Old English Game birds.
