Description
White Crested Black Polish chickens are a beautiful variety of the breed that first made its way to the United States in the 1800’s. White Crested Black Polish have a full body of greenish black feathering, with white feathers on its head. They lay small white eggs and very rarely decide to go broody. Chicks are black with a white crest, head, wings, chest and abdomen. If a comb is present, it is of the V-type, and they have clean, white and black legs and feet. The Polish is a very friendly, calm, chicken that does great in confinement. Because their feathers can limit their vision, Polish are not a good option for free ranging. White Crested Black Polish are the most popular type that we offer. Order some Polish chicks today, you will fall in love with this ornamental breed.
